Book a package in 3 easy steps

How to book a treatment program

Important information

You cannot book a treatment program independently through the online booking module. This is due to medical requirements: before procedures are prescribed, an in-person consultation with a doctor is required to identify any contraindications and develop a safe, personalized treatment plan.

Program booking procedure

Step 1: Book your stay
First, book your basic accommodation through the online booking module (instructions above), by phone: 8 (843) 223-06-39, or submit a request via the consultation form. Select the appropriate dates and rate—“Standard” or “Pensioner.”

Step 2: Specify the program
When booking online, be sure to write in the “Comments on the request” field that you plan to undergo a treatment program (specify the name if you have already chosen one). When booking by phone, immediately inform the administrator of your intention.

Step 3: Medical Consultation
Upon arrival at the health resort, you will undergo a mandatory initial consultation with a specialist. The doctor will conduct an examination, review your medical records, and determine the indications and contraindications.

Step 4: Personalized Program
Only after an in-person examination will the doctor prescribe the necessary procedures and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your health condition. The final cost of the program is calculated on an individual basis.
