Admission examination to the Nehama Sanatorium – what you need to know before arrival

Dear guests! If this is your first visit to our health resort, please read this information carefully — it will help you prepare for your arrival and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in at the health resort is from 12:00, check-out is until 10:00. Please plan your arrival according to this schedule.

Documents required for check-in

To check in with a health resort voucher, you must have the following documents with you:

• Health resort card – obtained from your therapist, contains information about your health, contraindications, and the results of basic tests
• Passport – for registration and paperwork
• Insurance policy – a mandatory document for the provision of medical services
• Medical policy – for treatment under the compulsory medical insurance program (if available)

Initial consultation with a doctor

After registering at the reception desk, you will be directed to a consultation with a therapist. The doctor will examine you, determine your state of health, and prescribe the necessary treatment procedures in accordance with the profile of the sanatorium and your indications.

Important: If your check-in time coincides with lunch, you can first have lunch in the dining room and then go to your initial appointment with the doctor. We care about your comfort!

Room amenities

All rooms at the Nehama sanatorium are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

• Small refrigerator for storing food and drinks
• TV for relaxation and entertainment
• Hairdryer for the convenience of guests

Please note: There are no safes in the rooms. We recommend that you keep your valuables with you or leave them at the reception desk for safekeeping.

Additional amenities on each floor

On each floor of the sanatorium, you will find:

• Hot water dispenser – for making tea and coffee
• Ironing board and iron – for tidying up your clothes

Purchase of related products

If necessary, you can always purchase slippers and other related products in the shop on the sanatorium premises or directly at the reception desk. We have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

What to bring for water treatments

For the most comfortable stay at the Nehama Rehabilitation Center, we recommend that you bring the following items for water treatments:

• Swimsuit – for visiting the pool and water treatments
• Bathrobe – for moving around the premises and after treatments
• Slippers – for water treatments and visiting the pool
• Swimming cap – required if you plan to visit the pool
