Legal framework of the program

Order No. 764-n of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated December 3, 2018 added a new item to the list of preventive measures to reduce occupational injuries and diseases among employees of organizations, which states:
“Sanatorium and resort treatment for employees no earlier than five years before they reach the age entitling them to an old-age insurance pension.”
This document officially allows companies to allocate funds for the rehabilitation of employees of pre-retirement age and receive reimbursement from the Social Insurance Fund.
