Anti-Acne Program
The Anti-Acne program in Nehama Sanatorium is a combined acne and post-acne treatment. We combine gentle peels, professional cleaning according to indications, light techniques and a home plan. The goal is clear. Reduction of rashes, alignment of tone and relief, control of sebum and prevention of scarring. The approach is based on clinical recommendations and gentle treatments for different skin types.
What is included in the program
- Consultation with a cosmetologist. Assessment of acne type and phototype, selection of a plan;
- Gentle chemical peels for acne and post-acne. Salicylic, glycolic, and combined formulations. Comparable efficacy in mild and moderate forms has been confirmed;
- Professional cleaning according to the indications. Safe removal of closed and open comedones with sterile instruments;
- Light techniques as an addition to basic therapy. We use LED and photodynamic protocols as prescribed by a doctor. The effect increases weeks after the course;
- Home care and maintenance plan. We combine drugs with different mechanisms of action, reducing the risk of antibiotic resistance.
Indications:
- Comedonal, papulopustular forms of mild and moderate degree;
- Post-acne. Uneven relief, enlarged pores, stagnant spots;
- Oily skin, tendency to clog pores;
- Early control of the risk of scarring and psychological discomfort.
Contraindications:
Contraindi-cations:
- Active skin infections, open wounds, active herpes in the treatment area;
- Recent isotretinoin intake, pregnancy and breastfeeding for medium and deep peels. The decision is made by the doctor;
- Severe photosensitivity, taking photosensitizing agents, severe dermatoses in the acute phase.
